Housing Deposits

Graduate students who wish to request a room in the residence halls must contact the Office of Residential Life & Housing to inquire about vacancies.  If there is vacancy, a $150 housing deposit must be made to the Bursar’s Office to secure the room.  Requests for refunds of the housing deposit must be made in writing to the Office of Residential Life & Housing, and are subject to the terms and conditions of the Room & Board license.  A refund of the housing deposit will be granted until May 1, or for students admitted after May 1, within 30 days of the date of deposit.  Only full-time graduate students may reserve a room in the residence halls.  On-campus housing is limited, early inquiry and deposit is strongly encouraged.
