SUNY Polytechnic Institute has retained Credentials Inc. to accept online transcript orders. Please use the TranscriptsPlus service to place your order.  If you are uncomfortable placing an online order, you can call Credentials Inc. at 847-716-3005 to place your transcript request. There is an additional operator surcharge for placing orders over the phone.

All financial obligations to SUNY Poly must be cleared prior to the issuance of a transcript.
