Employer Sponsorships
Students who will be reimbursed by their employer for tuition costs may be eligible to defer payment of their tuition. Visit the Bursar’s form webpage and view “Forms” for more details.

Wildcat Dollars
Students who have financial aid which exceeds their bill for the semester and have not received a refund check may be eligible to add Wildcat Dollars to their SUNY Poly card from their financial aid account. The SUNY Poly card is welcomed as a form of payment at our campus bookstore, Student Center food court, and all vending machines at the Utica site. Also, you
can visit sunypoly.edu/wildcatdollars for a complete listing of participating off-campus locations. Wildcat Dollars can be requested through your Bannerweb account at by following our online instructions.
