Readmission is required if a student was previously matriculated but has been out for at least three consecutive semesters of study at SUNY Poly.

Students who have completed a graduate level degree at SUNY Polytechnic Institute, and would like to pursue a second graduate level degree or certificate program must also submit the readmission application. Application deadlines for students seeking a second degree must be adhered to.

Students seeking readmission to SUNY Poly must file a Readmission Application with the Registrar’s Office along with a $30 readmission fee.

Fall:  August 1
Spring:  December 15
Summer:  May 1

Exception:
Candidates seeking readmission to graduate nursing programs are encouraged to follow the posted admission deadlines due to seat availability limitations in those programs.
