The Office of the State Comptroller has decided to mail paper paystubs to employees temporarily. The paystub will be mailed to the address on file. If you have a paper paystub, and would like to opt out of having a paper stub, the directions are below.
Please follow these instructions to opt out of a paper paystub:
- Go to the HR portal where you log your Time and Attendance
- Click on NYS Payroll Online
- From the Online Services Screen click Go Paperless
- Select Printed Pay Stubs
- Click on the appropriate box I do not want paper pay stubs sent to me
- Save and submit
Remember, you can always view your paystub electronically.
If you need to update your address, please go to SUNY HR Self Service, also located in the HR Portal.
