If you have a fever with a cough and/or shortness of breath after having visited a part of the world in which there is believed to be widespread or sustained community transmission in the past two weeks follow these steps:
- self-isolate

Albany campus students:
If you have a fever with a cough and/or shortness of breath after having visited a part of the world in which there is believed to be widespread or sustained community transmission in the past two weeks follow these steps:
- self-isolate
- call Student Health Services (SHS) at the University at Albany at 518-442-5229 (located in the Dutch Quad, 1400 Washington Avenue).
Faculty and staff:
Faculty and staff should contact their healthcare provider by phone to obtain guidance and make an appointment, and, additionally, make SUNY Poly aware by contacting Sean Clive (sean.clive@sunypoly.edu) and/or HR (either Rhonda Haines, rhaines@sunypoly.edu, or Audra Cornelius, cornelal@sunypoly.edu).
