It is required that all resident students participate in a campus meal plan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>All first-year students will be required to be on the Unlimited meal plan for their entire first year on campus.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meal plan participants are able to dine in the Campus Center Dining Room, The Dish.<br \/>\nA nutritious menu is available with a variety of stations to choose from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Taste of Utica<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Features local ethnic favorites of the Utica area<\/li>\n<li><strong>Under the Hood\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Classic grill favorites with rotating specials<\/li>\n<li><strong>Main Ingredient<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 A taste of home with a chef\u2019s touch<\/li>\n<li><strong>Upper Crust<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Elevated paninis, toasted subs, sandwiches, daily specials, and deli classics<\/li>\n<li><strong>Greens &amp; Grains<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Not your average salad bar, build the salad of your dreams with the freshest ingredients.\u00a0 Add in one of our homemade soups.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A La Mode<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 have a sweet tooth? We\u2019ve got you covered with an impressive fresh baked treat selection, ice creams, and customer sundae toppings bar<\/li>\n<li><strong>True Balance<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 An allergen-friendly solution that presents meals made without the 9 most common food allergens<\/li>\n<li><strong>Global Exchange \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>exhibition round grill that will showcase many cuisines and ethnic food. From breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert favorites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Dining Room is open seven days a week, providing breakfast, lunch and dinner during the week. Weekends offer brunch and dinner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Retail locations are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Student Center<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 A full-service food court to sit and eat or purchase items on the go. Meal plan points can be used as well as cash or credit. The Student Center is open Monday-Friday breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night. Saturday-Sunday dinner and late night. Meal exchange is available as well at this location. There are a variety of station to choose from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Wildcat Grill<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 One-stop shop for a warm, quick meal made to order<\/li>\n<li><strong>Food Lab<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Serving different menu\/rotating restaurant every 3 weeks<\/li>\n<li><strong>Limon &amp; Chile<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Your destination to build your burrito, quesadilla, or tacos exactly the way you want it with fresh Tex-Mex ingredients<\/li>\n<li><strong>Utica Coffee Roasters<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Hot? Iced? Energy?
