Rossi honored by Rotary

SUNY Polytechnic Institute K-12 Outreach Director Elizabeth Rossi has been selected as one of three award recipients for the 2015 Pride of Workmanship Awards by the Rotary Club of Utica.

Rossi was nominated for the award by Marv Meissner, Associate Director of Professional Development.

Through the Pride of Workmanship Awards The Rotary Club annually recognizes outstanding contributions by employees in all businesses, industries and organizations for outstanding competence and consistency of effort, commitment to their employer and co-workers, professionalism and creativity, enthusiasm and initiative, a willingness to go above and beyond the job description and an understanding of the awards motto: “Do it once, do it well. Build a Better America.”

The award was given at a special Utica Rotary Club meeting at the Holiday Inn in New Hartford at the end of October.
