Gloomy weather doesn’t stop Run, Ribs and Rock n Roll

The rain couldn’t stop a good time as Run, Ribs, & Rock ‘n’ Roll brought good food and good music to the campus community – even if it did require a last minute venue change.

With inclement weather arriving, the Campus Life office chose to move the event indoors to the Campus Center Dining Hall and Lobby, where students, faculty, and staff enjoyed a BBQ lunch and the sounds of well-known cover band Gridley Paige, playing live.

The event usually includes around the campus encouraging healthy activity and exercise. With the change of plans due to the weather, all participants signed a pledge to walk, jog, or run during the week instead.
