Student clubs present check to Johnson Park Center

SUNY Poly’s Psychology and Sociology, West Indian and African, and Veterans Clubs  presented a check recently for $12,300 to Utica’s Johnson Park Center, an organization that provides supportive and assistive housing to women and children. The Psychology/Sociology Club has held a fundraising dinner for the last 12 years to benefit a local charitable organization. To date, the club has raised about $120,000 for various charities. The presentation was held in the Mele Room of the Cayan Library.
