Convocation marks start of academic year

The academic year began with Convocation, held for the first time in the Wildcat Field House to accommodate the size of this year’s record freshman class.

Other students plus faculty and staff joined the Class of 2018 for the September gathering, which included remarks from Robert E. Geer, senior vice president and chief operating officer, and a question-and-answer session with Chief Executive Officer and Officer in Charge Alain E. Kaloyeros.
