Volunteers take part in statewide day of service

To honor the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. the SUNYIT community, in partnership with SUNY campuses across the state and the New York State Commission on National and Community Service, took part in a statewide day of service on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, January 20. SUNYIT student, faculty and staff volunteers tackled two projects, assisting with cleanup and supply organization at Hope House, and working a food drive at Chanatry’s in support of Abraham House.
