First of two spring orientation programs held

With the fall semester concluded and the holiday season approaching, the spring semester may seem distant. But this week, new and returning students were getting ready for January 2014.

On Friday, new students took part in orientation in the Student Center; it was the first of two programs designed to welcome new students to SUNYIT. A second orientation session will be held Tuesday, January 14, 2014, starting at 3:30 p.m. Orientation programs include academic advisement, meetings with academic department chairs and faculty, and registration for classes.

Spring semester classes start Tuesday, January 21.
