Flex Spending Account Claims

FBMC is pleased to announce online FSA claims submission through www.myFBMC.com. This process allows FSA participants the opportunity to submit, via the Web, a scanned image of a completed claim form along with scans of supporting documentation. Submitting claims online gets reimbursement requests to FBMC faster than the U.S. mail, thus expediting the release of reimbursement funds back to participants. Discount Tickets Available in Human Resources

Tickets are available for Water Safari-Enchanted Forest in Old Forge, watersafari.com, at a discounted price of $23 per person (ages 3 and over).

Tickets are available for The Great Escape and Splashwater Kingdom in Lake George, sixflags.com/greatEscape, at a discounted price of $31 per person (ages 3 and over).

Employee Assistance Program

New York State Employee Assistance Program is available to all employees and their families.  This program helps employees balance the demands of work, home and life.  Our EAP Coordinator is Denise Narrows, 315-793-2762.

TIAA CREF Counseling Session 

Our TIAA-CREF representative Fred Ballantyne will be on campus for individual counseling sessions: Wednesday, August 14; Wednesday, September 18; Wednesday, October 16; Wednesday, November 13; and Thursday, December 5.   All counseling sessions will be in Kunsela Hall A227.  You can schedule an appointment online at tiaa-cref.org/moc or by calling (800) 732-8353.  Remember that it is a good idea to meet with someone once a year to go over your retirement account.
