YWCA honors Joanne Joseph
Joanne Joseph, professor of psychology, was among the honorees at the YWCA of the Mohawk Valley’s 25th anniversary Salute to Outstanding Women event April 4 at Hart’s Hill Inn, Whitesboro. The event recognizes the exceptional achievements of women from Herkimer and Oneida counties; eight award recipients were honored this year.
Joseph has been a member of the faculty since 1979. She earned a bachelor of arts degree from Canisius College, a Ph.D. from SUNY Albany, and is a licensed psychologist with a private practice. She also provides consultative services to area schools, hospitals, and community agencies.
