The Office of International Admissions and the Office of International Student Services (ISS) serve the international community of SUNY Poly. The two offices provide prospective and current international students guidance throughout the admission process, immigration advising and support, initial orientation programming, and other general support.
SUNY Poly strives to ensure our international students maintain lawful status, in compliance with immigration regulations, and apply for the immigration benefits for which they are eligible. The International Student Services office provides immigration advising, and advocates for all international students within campus, community, and state and federal offices.
The ISS office provides detailed orientation programs at the beginning of each term for incoming international students to help with adjusting to SUNY Poly and life in the U.S. The ISS office also hosts multiple workshops throughout the year on topics relating to living and working in the U.S.
