Readmission is required if a student was previously matriculated but has been out for at least three consecutive semesters of study at SUNY Poly.  It is also required for students who withdraw from all courses during the semester and then wish to enroll for the following semester.

Students who have completed a graduate level degree at SUNY Polytechnic Institute, and would like to pursue a second graduate level degree or certificate program must also submit the readmission application.

Students seeking readmission to SUNY Poly must file a Readmission Application with the Registrar’s Office along with a $30 readmission fee.

Readmission Application Deadlines
Fall:  August 1
Spring:  December 15
Summer:  May 1

Exception:
Candidates seeking readmission to the family nurse practitioner program are encouraged to follow the admission deadline of February 1.
