It is required that all resident students participate in the campus meal plan.<\/p>\n<p>Meal plan participants are able to dine in the \u201call you care to eat \u201cCampus Center Caf\u00e9. A nutritious menu is available with a variety of stations to choose from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u201cHome\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0Classic favorites that meet the spice of modern age! Tempting array of proteins, fresh vegetables while expertly prepared the way you want.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cDeli\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0Enjoy our classic New York deli offerings with your choice of spreads and breads, featuring a local and seasonal flair.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cGreen\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0Hearty and Healthy. Treat yourself to a fresh, seasonally inspired soup and salad bar with toppings and much more.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cBrick\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0Craving your favorite Italian foods? Try the traditional crust pizza, flatbreads, baked pastas, calzones and fresh bread.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cFlame\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0Not just your regular grill menu. Grilled to order specialty sandwiches and burgers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cFuse \u201c\u00a0<\/strong>Enjoy Vegan and Vegetarian items prepared fresh daily<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cSweet\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0Fresh baked treats.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cSimple Servings\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0An allergen-free zone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Operation hours are seven days a week, providing breakfast, lunch and dinner menu, with continuous service during the week. Weekends offer brunch and dinner.<\/p>\n<p>The Student Center is a full service food court. Hours of operation are breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night Monday through Thursday; Friday hours are breakfast, lunch, and late night. Saturday and Sunday the Student Center is open for late night dining. The Student Center features a stone baked pizza area, create your own sub station, homemade soups, charbroiled grill area, made to order saut\u00e9 station, Mexican station, fresh baked desserts, salads, Simply to Go items, beverages, and snacks.<\/p>\n<p>The Mario Caf\u00e9 located just inside the main entrance of the Cayan Library is a local and sustainable retail location.\u00a0 The Mario Caf\u00e9 features a variety of mindful sandwiches and salads, decadent baked goods, custom yogurt bar, Fair Trade items, and many other local products.\u00a0 Hours of operation are Monday-Friday for lunch and dinner.<\/p>\n<p>Dining Services for residential students at the Albany campus is available through Chartwells.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Campus dining service is provided in three locations at SUNY Poly (Utica site).
