Order Official Transcripts<\/p>\n<p>There is a $5.00 processing charge for each transcript requested.<br \/>\nThere may be additional shipping charges assessed by credentials during the order process if necessary.<\/p>\n<p>If you are uncomfortable placing an order over the Internet, you can call Credentials Inc. at 847-716-3005 to place your transcript request.
