Readmission is required if you were previously matriculated but have been out for at least three consecutive semesters of study at SUNY Poly.  It is also required for students who withdraw from all courses and then wish to enroll for a future semester.

Students seeking readmission to SUNY Poly must file a Readmission Application for Graduate Study with the Registrar’s Office along with a $30 readmission fee.
