Students who wish to reserve a room in the residence halls are required to pay a $150 housing deposit (due with their Graduate Enrollment Confirmation Form), and must submit the online Transfer/Graduate Housing Application. Requests for housing deposit refunds must be made in writing to the Residential Life & Housing Office, and are subject to terms and conditions of the Room & Board License. A refund of the housing deposit will be granted until May 1, or for students admitted after May 1, within 30 days of the date of deposit. Only full-time students may reserve a room in the residence halls.
