Registrar- Course Audit Registration
Instructions: This form is to be completed by students wishing to audit a course. Students may register through the last day to add only. Ability to audit is based upon seat availability. Please complete all information requested below. The form will be approved by the instructor of the requested course and then processed by the Registrar’s Office. You will receive a notification by email once the request has been processed. Students auditing a course do not pay tuition or fees for the course; their names do not appear on the class roster; and no credit or grade is received by the student.
