2023 College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering Commencement RSVP and Regalia Order Form

This form should only be completed by students in the following majors that plan to attend commencement on Friday, May 12, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. Only graduating students in the following majors in the College of Nanoscale Science & Engineering can attend this ceremony. Nanoscale Science (BS, MS, and PhD), Nanoscale Engineering (BS, MS, and PhD), and Nanobioscience (MS and PhD), Advanced Technology (MS).

Being a formal commencement, graduates who participate in the ceremony must wear full regalia. Regalia orders must be submitted by March 31, 2023 to be guaranteed that you will have appropriate regalia. After March 31, students can purchase in-stock regalia. Caps and gowns are ordered by completing this form. Payment can be made through the Wildcat Den, campus store, at (315) 792-7257 or ca@sunypoly.edu. Regalia can be shipped directly to the student or the Wildcat Den will make arrangements for a delivery to the Albany campus for pick up prior to the event.

May graduates: The official degree date is May 6, 2023. All materials and final grades must be received by Registrar before the end of business on May 30.

August graduates: Students who are graduating in August 2023 must also fill out a Petition to Attend Commencement. Failure to fill out this form, and/or late submission of this form may impede your participation in the Commencement Ceremony.

Access to this form will be turned off at 3pm on Wednesday, May 10. If you wish to submit an RSVP after that time, you must contact the Office of the Registrar directly at registrar@sunypoly.edu during regular business hours.
LOCATION: The Albany campus commencement ceremony will be held in the ZEN Atrium (on campus)
