Can I opt out of receiving a paper paystub?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Office of the State Comptroller has decided to mail paper paystubs to employees temporarily. The paystub will be mailed to the address on file. If you have a paper paystub, and would like to opt out of having a paper stub, the directions are below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please follow these instructions to opt out of a paper paystub:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to the HR portal where you log your Time and Attendance<\/li><li>Click on NYS Payroll Online<\/li><li>From the Online Services Screen click Go Paperless<\/li><li>Select Printed Pay Stubs<\/li><li>Click on the appropriate box I do not want paper pay stubs sent to me<\/li><li>Save and submit<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Remember, you can always view your paystub electronically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need to update your address, please go to SUNY HR Self Service, also located in the HR Portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have any questions or need assistance with Opt Out, please email <a href=\"mailto:hodgeek@sunypoly.edu\">hodgeek@sunypoly.edu<\/a> or <a href=\"mailto:payroll@sunypoly.edu\">payroll@sunypoly.edu<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you for your assistance in reducing paper waste.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Office of the State Comptroller has decided to mail paper paystubs to employees temporarily.
