Accepted students must pay a $150 non-refundable tuition deposit, and then complete and submit this form to reserve a seat for the upcoming semester at SUNY Poly. Before submitting this form, pay your $150 non-refundable tuition deposit online: www.nbspayments.com/signin/4L8SV

Important Note: The Graduate Tuition Deposit will hold your seat in the class and will be applied to your bill for the semester that you have been accepted. This deposit is non-refundable unless you withdraw your enrollment and notify graduate admissions via email within 30 days of your deposit or by May 1st for a fall semester enrollment. The deposit is non-transferrable and cannot be applied to a future semester. (Note: the monetary tuition deposit is waived for US Veterans).
